When they updated the entry for "Earth" in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the entry was changed from "harmless" to "mostly harmless". A definite improvement, I think.

It is important to note that suddenly, and against all probability, a sperm whale had been called into existence, several miles above the surface of an alien planet. Magrathea is a planet located in the Horsehead Nebula in the Milky Way galaxy and orbiting the binary star Soulianis and Rahm. It was the center of the custom planet-building trade in the former Galactic Empire, where hyperspatial engineers sucked matter through white holes in space to form it into dream planets - gold planets, platinum planets, soft rubber planets with lots of earthquakes - all lovingly made to meet the exacting standards that the Galaxy's richest men naturally came to expect. The Magratheans grew very skilled at varying aspects of this occupation and soon did nearly nothing else.

This planet has—or rather had—a problem, which was this: most of the people living on it were unhappy for pretty much all of the time. Many solutions were suggested for this problem, but most of these were largely concerned with the movement of small green pieces of paper, which was odd because on the whole it wasn't the small green pieces of paper that were unhappy.
