This design was inspired by the 1986 Tom Cruise Val Kilmer blockbuster classic, Top Gun. Pete Mitchell aka Maverick is one of the best young pilots in the nation despite being a hot-headed loose cannon. The Top Gun school took a chance on him and quickly a race to be the best between Maverick and Iceman kicked into mach 2 speeds.

These characters were inspired by the 1986 cult classic, Big Trouble in Little China. There's Jack Burton (2nd variation without weapons) as the big goofball all American trucker who believes he's the hero everybody needs and the villainous, Lo Pan who is a powerful wizard cursed with no flesh and is seven feet tall. Then there is little old, Egg Shen with his six demon bag who is equally a powerful wizard and Lo Pan's eternal nemesis. The only female is the lovely, spirited Gracie Law who is a lawyer from Chinatown protecting immigrant rights and lastly, the true hero of the bunch is Wang Chi. His pursuit to rescue his beloved Miao Yin is what all the trouble is about.

A little back story of the design I have created, and who it represents. His name is "Knɛçtˈʁupʁɛçt" a second figure in the German Christmas Folklore stories. There are three total characters, and the first being Saint Nick (As we here call "Santa Clause" in the USA), the second is "Knɛçtˈʁupʁɛçt" (the "Watcher of Saint Nick" or the one who watches who is knotty or nice) and then the third, Krampus, the one who punishes knotty children through the month of December. I find enjoyment bringing to light characters of myth, folklore, stories and etc. Support ʁupʁɛçt during the Christmas season, or all year round..... Cheers
