Inspired by my friend who is a Spoonie I designed this shirt. I think of it as a warning shirt. Haha

Once a person has run out of spoons they are unfortunately only able to rest until they have replenished their spoons. There are so many chronic and invisible illness' covered under the spoon theory and individuals who suffer from these refer to themselves as Spoonies.

This design is a tribute to the Spoon Theory, a metaphor often used by individuals with chronic illnesses to describe their limited energy and daily struggles. The phrase "All Out of Spoons" signifies the depletion of physical or mental energy and serves as a reminder of the challenges faced by those living with chronic illnesses.

A second design inspired by my friend who is a Spoonie. You just don't go and waste a Spoonie's spoons. It's rude.

Invisible not imaginary is a statement that is close to my heart. As someone who suffers from a chronic illness, I know first hand how hard it is, especially as it is invisible. I wanted to design something bold as I love bold and bright.

This gift is designed to raise awareness for hidden disabilities and invisible illnesses. It features the impactful statement "I Can't Stand For Long" in a prominent and visible way.

This design features a stick figure struggling under the weight of a spoon. Spoonies start the day with a set number of spoons, losing one for each activity they do. Once out, they can no longer manage the simple activities of life.
