One of Lili Ledy's most successful licensed products were the figures based on the movie "Star Wars." One of their peculiarities that made them sought after among collectors was the fact that these Mexican editions presented variations in size, painting and style with respect to the originals produced by Kenner or - even - figures that did not exist in the original line were created. An example of this is found in the 12-inch line of these figures; the so-called "Man of the Dunes" (Tusken Raider), which in its time was not produced in 12 inches in the United States. The 12-inch figure line also featured exclusive box designs and featured seven figures: Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Leia, R2-D2, Dune Man and Jawa.

The figures sold in the UK on this card variant can be found with or without the factory applied “NEW FIGURE £1.59” special offer stickers.

The LP logo was added to Kenner products in 1975 and was still around by the release of the first 12 Star Wars action figures in early 1978.

Kenner Products was an American toy company founded in 1946. Throughout its history the Kenner brand produced several highly recognizable toys and merchandise lines, including action figures like the original series of Star Wars, Jurassic Park and Batman, as well as die cast models. The company was closed by its corporate parent Hasbro in 2000.
