Winter Sticker

Kawase Hasui was a Japanese woodblock print artist who was active in the early 20th century. He is known for his landscape prints that capture the beauty of Japan's natural scenery, including its mountains, waterfalls, and traditional towns and villages. One of his most famous series of prints is "The Four Seasons of Japan," which features scenes of the country in spring, summer, fall, and winter. These prints are characterized by their soft colors, delicate lines, and attention to detail. They are considered some of the finest examples of the shin-hanga style of printmaking, which developed in Japan in the early 20th century as a fusion of traditional Japanese printmaking techniques and Western-style art.
