Translation of the phrase I've used in the design: "Pet the cats!" "Always!" (means "I always ready to do that") It's a funny reference to the pin every oktiabrionok (a member of the children's Communist organization in USSR) had to wear. The original slogan was "Be ready! - Always!" and in Russian it sounded pretty close to "Pet the cats! - Always!" :) In case you're interested - the pin looked exactly as it is in my design, but I've replaced Lenin with a cat while keeping the general layout and style.
