Burnham Van Service Logo Sticker

Founded in 1921 by furniture retailer L. R. Burnham. Evolved into Burnham Van Service, a pioneer in the emerging moving industry. Received one of the country's first Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) certificates in 1930. Burnham Warehouses, Inc. opened in 1949. Burnham World Forwarders, the international arm, began operation in the 1960s. Entered the Canadian market via acquisition in 1987, a move that greatly expanded its North American presence. In 1988 Burnham was purchased by Investcorp Group (providing the solid financial footing on which we stand today). In 1995 a new beginning for the "new" Burnham - a new vision, a new leadership team, and a new focus on mission, objective and values.
