Here we have an awesome photo picturing the take off of a Sea Vixen from on board the Royal Navy's aircraft carrier HMS Hermes in 1969. Also pictured in the foreground is a Buccaneer aircraft with its wings folded. This is one of many photo's that were taken by my father whilst he served on HMS Hermes in the 1960s.
