Heracles went to Delphi to ask what to do in order to be expiated from the murder of Iphitos. When the Pythia did not give him an omen Heracles grabbed the tripod on which she used to sit to give her oracles. Apollo tried to prevent him from doing so and this ended up with Zeus having to stop the fight between the god and the hero.

The architect

For his tenth labor, Hercules had to sail to the end of the known world (the Atlanntic ocean) to bring back the cattle of the 3 headed monster Geryon. I reproduced the design of a magnificent 5th century BC red figure Greek vase painted by Euphrosios. These colors differ from the original vase, a different version, closer to the original, is also available in this shop.

Inspired by the amazing disney movie hercules

According to legend, Hercules founded the city of Seville in Spain. In this illustration, I have combined the Lyrnean hydra from the legends of Hercules with one of the landmarks of this city is Tower of Gold (Torre del Oro)
