Some of my favorite moments of Doctor Who is when the Doctor gets properly angry, because he becomes so dangerous. I think this quote is a good life lesson too - you really messed up if you angered a good man.

This was my first Doctor Who painting. I was watching a short webisode prior to the ‘Bells of St. John.’ At this time, the Doctor had lost the Ponds and had two strange encounters with the impossible girl. He was alone. Drifting lazily on a swing. I’d been struggling with my own loneliness for years following my divorce. Here, the Doctor captured how I’d been feeling, so I decided to paint it because I wanted it on my wall. This led me to paint others. Less than a year later, my walls were covered with Doctor Who paintings.

I wish this would go on forever / thasmin

This is a recreation of an image taken from the Series 8 episode, ‘Listen,’ but the scene is a flashback to the 50 Year anniversary episode - Day of the Doctor. This is perhaps the heaviest scene in all of Doctor Who mythology, because here, the Doctor is looking on the barn where he slept as a child, considering the decision he had to make - ending the Time War by committing genocide. The 10th Doctor's popularity is unquestionable. Everybody loves him. Girls love him. Guys want to be him. Clara called him the hero in the Day of the Doctor and I felt that was an appropriate title for this painting. With the War Doctor, the 10th Doctor, and the 11th Doctor in the same barn (isn't time travel fun), she remarked about the 10th being the hero - "We've got enough warriors. And any old idiot can be a hero." Of course, every version of the Doctor has been a hero, but the 10th Doctor embodied that role. In the first episode of Doctor Who's 10th season, Bill Potts meets Heather, who promises to follow her everywhere.

A week before the news broke that John Simm would be appearing in Season 10, I tweeted that I was desperate to see a two-master story with Simm and Gomez. I predicted that the banter would be epic. I also predicted that Missy would kill Simm's Master. I didn't predict that Simm's Master would also kill Missy. Either way, as soon as the news broke, I made this to celebrate the fact that my wish came true. Also, it accurately depicts the Doctor's joy in having to deal with both Masters.

I love the Mondasian Cyberman. The 10th Planet is one of the best stories in Doctor Who history and I love that the 10th season plays into that origin story.

While I'm not one to pick favorites when it comes to the Doctor, I am not ashamed to admit that Missy is my favorite regeneration of the Master. Michelle Gomez is simply perfect.

ROSE TYLER DOCTOR WHO'S COMPANION

This my first digital painting in a few years. It was inspired by the climax in the 'Parting of the Ways' of Doctor Who Series One. I think this might be the beginning of a series on the Doctor's Companions. Rose was a slow burner in most regards. I didn't like her the first couple times I tried watching Doctor Who. But by the end of Season one, especially at this moment, I loved her. Now it's difficult to imagine Doctor Who without Rose.

I've actually not read any books on time management. Quotes by Elon Musk what if we cannot manage time? Consider that this may just be a completely useless exercise. If you think about it, no matter what we do, time will always continue to tick forward. We cannot rewind it and we cannot fast forward it. It just is and just continues according to the plan – each second, every minute, the next hour and then into the next day. That said, it should be obvious that time itself cannot be managed. I would propose that instead we rethink what we’re trying to “manage” and reorient our focus to the things that we can and do control: our priorities, energy and attention.
