is time to promote reality, not exceptionalism(you can transfer it from the political context to the physical aspect), anyone has experienced negative things about their body, their shape, etc., specifically women are exposed in most areas to cruel criticism and discrimination.It is impossible not to internalize it one way or another but it ends up painfully negative, hating your own body because of unnecessary labels,I'm sick of it, we are not helping by continuing to admire the same patterns, I want real representations of who we are in the social media big media, in art, beauty is inherent to particularity, we are all particular so we are beautiful,do what you need to feel better and enjoy it but do not hurt yourself or others.
