This is the central picture of a triptych I've painted of the beach huts at Hengistbury Head. Its painted oil on board measuring 30 inches by 20 inches. As of 19/11/2015 its had 2500 views Situated on a spit of sand at the entrance to Christchurch (Dorset, UK) harbour, these huts are not only picturesque, but very expensive to buy (typically selling for the price of a reasonable house). The beach huts at the mouth of Christchurch harbour (Dorset) are well known as being very expensive to buy (the price of a reasonable house) and rather picturesque compared to your ordinary hut. This picture forms the right panel of a triptych, and shows three huts towards the end of the peninsula. Its painted oil on board. Runner up in the England South and Southwest Group - regional challenge for Gloucestershire, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire.
