We know that mental health is extremely important, particularly when concerned with young peoples mental health issues. Mental illnesses come in all shapes and sizes from depression, anxiety to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Bipolar. All these issues matter and people deserve to be treated equal. Remember that support services such as therapists and support workers are there to help you, one in four experience a mental health issue in their life time.
