Oil on canvas - 60 x 80 cm This is the only other painting I did in December - a very non-serious exploration of colour and shape - for the sheer joy of working with oil paint again after all this time. : )

ABSTRACT

This is a third colour version. The individual elements that make up this pattern were hand drawn with felt tip markers, scanned and then composed into a repeat pattern in Photoshop. It is kind of like completing a puzzle with infinite outcomes... so much fun.

Your love is scaring me.

There is wisteria growing in great profusion at the back of my garden behind some outbuildings... for some reason I have never photographed it. Out of sight, out of mind, I guess. But it is so lovely right now! This is my 34th pic for my 52 week challenge.

Baby tangle. I drew the original illustration by hand with pencil and then colored and finished it digitally.

I keep making these patterns, it seems I'm a little obsessed. I tell myself I'm honing my craft. Lol. ; ) This is one of two color versions.
