I was drawing a sand clock and decided to turn it into a geometrical shape and ended up with this eternal clock - the sand is equally in the middle and both top and bottom. (I even made a tattoo with this :D )

I started this digital art collage with the image of an hourglass in which time, like quicksands sucks the life of the sinking man, while on the other side, like a production line, "the finished product" is delivered as a skeleton. This artwork may also serve as an irony to the so-called "modern world" consumerism. The dark mood is also reinforced both by the scorched land and the grunge texture. "Memento Mori" is a Latin phrase meaning "Be mindful of death" and may be translated as "Remember that you are mortal," "Remember you will die," "Remember that you must die," or "Remember your death".
