No place like my happy place on the Appalachian Trail

This design is near and dear to me, and I made it because the hiking community needed something a bit less generic. Back in 2022 I was NOBO # 3312 headed out from Amicalola Falls on the Appalachian Trail. While I didn't make it very far that year, I haven't let the dream die, and eventually I'll get back out there for another attempt. I dedicate this design to all the thru-hikers, aspiring hikers, section hikers, and dreamers out there.

Mount Katahdin is the last great peak on the Appalachian Trail in Maine. The mountain was named Katahdin, which means "Great Mountain", by the Penobscot Native Americans. It is a very popular peak for mountain climbers and backpackers on the Appalachian Trail.
