Drawing Goat Tank Tops

This drawing was part of my series of 100 animal drawings, used for the Terra Oracle Deck. All 100 animals were drawing with a black felt pen on smooth finish white paper to keep perfect line quality. Using a variety of fine tipped pens, I was able to capture the essence of each animal using layers of tight mark making and expressive markmaking, while maintaining a certain essence of simplicity.

Always be yourself unless you can be a llama.

During 4000–3600 B.C., people in central Iran, drew this illustration called "Mountain Goats" on storage jars. This is an ancient art.

The simple goat drawing makes the design fun and unique.
