Sennen Cove Harbor Boats Sennen Cove is a small coastal village in the parish of Sennen in Cornwall, England, UK. These tiny fishing boats are in everyday use and are just waiting for the tide to come and collect the fishermen to go out and collect their lobster pots. This slipway is very steep and treacherous in the wet and not for the faint hearted. There is nothing quite as beautiful or as awesome as the sea crashing against cliffs, and Cornwall has them is abundance.

Looking from the Lands End complex area towards Whitesand Bay, a wide sandy beach in west Cornwall, United Kingdom. It stretches for one mile north from Sennen Cove. Whitesand Bay beach is popular with surfers. There are toilet facilities and two car parks, one in a large field and another beside the beach. Dogs are banned on the beach from Easter Day to 1 October. The South West Coast Path runs along the dunes behind the beach. The bay lends its name to the Bay class frigate HMS Whitesand Bay. Perkin Warbeck landed here at the start of the Second Cornish Uprising of 1497.

No longer used but an historical lifeboat station with many lives saved over the many years it was active.

Penberth Cove is situated along the southern coast of the Lands End peninsula just east of Porthcurno and Logan Rock. This view is looking east on a mid-summer afternoon.

Standing approximately 300 metres off Godrevy Head, it marks the Stones reef, which has been a hazard to shipping for centuries. Affectionately know locally as Padstein as a celebrity chef called Rick Stein seems to own a lot of shops, restaurants and property around this stunning gem of a Cornish fishing town. I have, here, converted a popular image of mine to black and white and think I have made it more atmospheric and timeless as if this could have been taken any time in the last 100 years or so. Trelissick house at Feock, Cornwall has one of the most beautiful spring gardens in England. It is now owned by the National Trust. The painting depicts the first rhododendrons in flower and Ferris Cottage, named after the gardener who lived there. This and my previous two paintings of Cornwall will be sent to England to be exhibited in the Lander Gallery Spring Exhibition next month but the originals may be purchased direct from me before for €200 each painting. A pre-mohawk Murfer on holiday in Cornwall, 2023.

I painted this a few years back, from a walking trip I took to Bodmin Moor (Cornwall, UK) to climb its highest peak. It was a long way out for me, so I took my tent and wild camped by some trees. Next morning I was up early, and witnessed this beautiful dawn, with mist around Rough Tor. Painted in oil on board, measuring 20 inches by 16 inches. This work has now been repainted. Looe is a small coastal town, fishing port and civil parish in the former Caradon district of south-east Cornwall, England, with a population of 5,280 (2001 census). Looe is divided in two by the River Looe, East Looe (Cornish: Logh and West Looe(Cornish: Porthbyhan, meaning little cove) being connected by a bridge. The town is approximately 20 miles (32 km) west of the city of Plymouth and seven miles (11 km) south of Liskeard.
