Carthago delenda est is a Latin oratorical phrase pronounced by Cato the Censor, a politician of the Roman Republic. In English it translates to 'Carthage Must Be Destroyed'. The phrase originates from debates held in the Roman Senate prior to the Third Punic War (149–146 BC) between Rome and Carthage, where Cato is said to have used it as the conclusion to all of his speeches in order to push for the war.

The Latin saying "Carthago delenda est" means "Cathago must be destroyed" and is a saying attributed to the Roman statesman Cato the Elder. A beautiful design with a portrait of Cato.

So this is the first of a few designs I'm trying that are made with an AI (Artificial Intelligence) program! I wanted a scene of a post Apocalyptic fairy tale land and well this is what it gave me! I played with it a bit more and here it is! I also made a lighter version which I also posted.
