Many illnesses and diseases are invisible yet still very physical. It’s hard for people to understand when they can’t see it. These different awareness ribbons will help to show support and raise awareness for these hidden conditions.

Watercolor spoons help tell the world that you're saving spoons today! Folks with chronic illnesses (EDS, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and so many others) use “spoons” as a unit of energy. We only have so many spoons in a day. It takes spoons to cook, shower, work, socialize, and play. If you’re “saving spoons,” it means you can’t do too much today because you know you need to do stuff tomorrow! Thanks for supporting a spoonie artist!
