This design is a mixture of Alice in Wonderland and healthcare. The Mad Hatter’s hat is a play on a straight jacket, with 51/50 on the card. 51/50 is an involuntary psych hold code. Being hatted means one is being fitted for a hat. In this case it’s kinda saying wear your crazy. Live like the Mad Hatter.
