Pont Neuf .. Oldest Bridge Across The Seine Tapestry

The beautiful Pont Neuf (New Bridge) was just a stone's throw from our apartment in Paris & this was my first outside photo of Paris! It was the first bridge built across the Seine River with building beginning in 1578. In the middle of the bridge is a statue of Henry IV on horseback & in the background is Saint-Germain l'Auxerrois (the round towers). Camera: Canon 400D Location: Paris, France HDR image.
