Pampas Grass, Glen Canyon Park, San Francisco Tapestry

Glen Canyon Park, San Francisco (10/22/2011) The backlit Pampas Grass (Cortaderia selloana?) caught my eye (you can also see one across the canyon), and the rays of the rapidly falling sun were just a bonus (helped by the 041 Filter). I pretty much metered for the highlights and subtracted 2EV (placing the pampas grass plumes at zone 7) as I usually do for this B&W slide film. The amazing thing is that the canyon wall was very thin in the negative but is still scannable (and printable).
