Who says dark art can’t be romantic? This is my Valentines day design, showing double anatomical heart turning into something monstrous with lots of tentacles. I really love tentacles and octopus is a fascinating animal… Love can be a monster with tentacles, right? Anyway, its grim, macabre, goth, eerie, somewhat horror and I added a couple of moons and it’s totally my style and I love it! It’s not your standard Kupid flying out your butt Valentines design, and that’s what makes it so special.

Amber the tenta lady. A character design I illustrated using pencil and pencil colors. Inspired by the tentacles of an octopus with tattoo like inspired by traditional "blue china" pots.

"Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn" means: In his house at R'lyeh dead Cthulhu waits dreaming. Another design dedicated to the great H.P. Lovecraft and his most famous character Cthulhu. I know this probably shouldn't look like a human skull, but I guess there's nothing like a skull to symbolize death. Anyway, hope you Lovecraftian freaks like this one :)

I made this CATHULHU – a cosmic tentacle cat. Cathulhu is obviously based on Cthulhu (/kəˈθuːluː/ kə-THOO-loo), a fictional cosmic entity created by writer H. P. Lovecraft and first introduced in the short story “The Call of Cthulhu”,published in the American pulp magazine Weird Tales in 1928. Considered a Great Old One within the pantheon of Lovecraftian cosmic entities, the creature has since been featured in numerous popular culture references. Lovecraft depicts Cthulhu as a gigantic entity worshipped by cultists. Cthulhu’s appearance is described as looking like an octopus, a dragon, and a caricature of human form. Its name was given to the Lovecraft-inspired universe where it and its fellow entities existed, the Cthulhu Mythos.

The deity created by writer H. P. Lovecraft with the verse his worshippers chant “Ph’nglui mglw’nafh Cthulhu R’lyeh wgah’nagl fhtagn” (“In his house at R’lyeh, dead Cthulhu waits dreaming.”)
