Red Shoes for Theda Pillow

This painting is in honor of a beautiful woman, Theda Myint, who lost her life to severe Lyme disease on July 25th, 2013. Red Shoe Day is July 25th and is a memorial for Theda and all of those whose lives have been lost due to Lyme Disease. It is called "Red Shoe Day" in honor of Theda's spirit and passion for dancing and joyful celebration and her love of red shoes. All proceeds from the sale of this work will go towards the Theda Myint Fund, to bring much needed care and services to people suffering from invisible illnesses.
