"Foam" by Charles d'Orville Pilkington Jackson (1887-1973) which appeared in the British Empire Exhibition of 1938 in Bellahouston Park, Glasgow and was donated to the National Trust for Scotland when he died. It is now the main attraction at the gorgeous Greenbank Garden in Clarkston. Pilkington Jackson was born in Cornwall and worked all over Scotland sculpting war memorials - his sculptures decorate the Scottish National War Memorial in Edinburgh Castle (1927).
