Greys are a popular alien species and there is a lot of confusion. There are a lot of Grey-like aliens from a lot of places, but this symbol is specific to the Grey Federation. On a parallel earth, humans made a lot of mistakes: forgoing emotions, cloning instead of love making, not caring for the planet. Well, like humans, they realized the mistake at the 11th hour.
