Inspired by my vacation week, laying around doing nothing. I looked at my feet and thought: this is life! A book and some sunscreen is all I need!

Making complicated designs Is quite rare to me. When something needs more than two days to finish it needs to be perfect and meaningful. It also needs to have the possibility to recycle it with at least few other ideas. That's why Psychodelic Bubblegum Kunagawa Surfer Cat appeared. To contrast The Great Surfer off Kanagawa was basicly a study and it's calm colours needed some balance from my girlish kawaii nature.

Standing on the shore of Derwentwater in Cumbria, looking over the water to Catbells (or Cat Bells), a fell on its western shore. Catbells is a popular climb, fairly undemanding, and so is quite suitable for families to tackle. Behind us is the market town of Keswick which lies on the lake's northern shore. Derwentwater itself is about 3 miles long and a mile wide, ideal for taking out a rowing boat or having a trip on one of its launches.
