Dormition of the Mother of God Orthodox Christian Church (Saint Mary's) , the parish itself is now located in Bluefield West Virginia(if you have a chance to see the interior I highly recommend it, it's quite beautiful) but this is the original church that housed it in Elkhorn WV.
