The Glenfinnan Monument on Loch Shiel in the Highlands of Scotland

This illustrated design by DXTROSE features an illustration of the Six Grandfathers sacred Native American monument before it was desecrated and defaced by the so-called "Mt. Rushmore" due to settler colonialism and imperialism in 1927 after the Indian Removal Act. Supporting this design shows support for the sacred and honoring a long lost historic and sacred site that still to this day is mostly disregarded. LANDBACK.

Laugharne Castle, Laugharne, Carmarthenshire, Wales Laugharne Castle (Welsh: Castell Talacharn) is in Laugharne, Carmarthenshire, Wales. The castle, located on the estuary of the River Tâf, was originally established in 1116. It was rebuilt as a Norman stronghold. There have been many alterations since then, including becoming a Tudor fortified manor house in the sixteenth century. The original castle was established by 1116 as the castle of Robert Courtemain, who is recorded to have entrusted its care to the Welshman Bleddyn ap Cedifor. Lick Wash is a slot canyon with rock walls formed by water erosion from flash floods at Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument in Kane County, Utah.

An old cemetery lying on Calton Hill in Edinburgh which opened in 1718 for the burial of tradesmen and merchants. It was extended in 1767, but divided in 1818 by the building of Waterloo Place (the street at bottom right). The larger part lies to the south of Waterloo Place and includes a number of grand and interesting memorials. An enormous obelisk (shaped liked Cleopatra's needle) by Thomas Hamilton (1784 - 1858) remembers the political martyrs of 1793, who were 'transported' for sedition. The classical monument (the round one) to philosopher David Hume (1711-76) was built in 1777 by Robert Adam (1728-92) and the Emancipation Monument (1893), comprising a bronze of Abraham Lincoln with a grateful freed slave.

Tynemouth Priory stands on a headland on the northern bank of the River Tyne. The Priory is thought to have been founded in the early part of the seventh century and is the burial place of three kings; Edwin of Northumbria was the first in 651a.d. then Osred, King of Northumbria in 792a.d. and finally Malcolm III King of Scotland in 1093. A view of Edinburgh, Scotland from Calton Hill looking South West. The castle is center of the shot. The One o-clock Gun has just been fired at the right of the castle, however, the large clock tower of the Balmoral Hotel is showing about three minutes after one, this is because the hotel is adjacent to the railway station, the clock is always set two minutes fast to ensure that people don’t miss their trains. The Scott Monument is to the right of the Balmoral clock tower and on the far left, you can see the top of the Gothic Spire of The Hub – the highest point in central Edinburgh. Point Loma Lighthouse is a black and white art print of the lighthouse located in the Cabrillo National Monument. Cabrillo National Monument is on the southern tip of Point Loma in San Diego, California, which is the entrance to San Diego Bay from the Pacific Ocean. The lighthouse dates back to 1855 and is located on the highest point in the National Monument. The monument is to commemorate the landing of Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo at San Diego Bay in 1542.
