New York is an expensive city yet there is so much that can be found for free. One just has to go and look for it. On my last visit I wandered into Grand Central Station during afternoon rush hour and soon found myself awash in a river of human bodies. With no time to look around, as the mission to get somewhere had made everyone blind... I escaped to the top of the stairs and just stood there while soaking in the beauty of this free moment...
