“Past and Present I know well; each is a friend and sometimes an enemy to me. But it is the quiet, beckoning Future, an absolute stranger, with whom I have fallen madly in love.” “Whatever it is you're scared of doing, Do it.”
51/49 means that in every relationship (business or personal), he wants to give at least 51% of the value. Why? He wants to have an impact, leave a legacy. Not to mention that there is serious ROI from putting others first.
There are two types of people who will tell you that you cannot make a difference in this world: those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed.
When we replace a sense of service and gratitude with a sense of entitlement and expectation, we quickly see the demise of our relationships, society, and economy.”

Fear always kills growth, you grow once you start to embrace your fears and take a leap of faith, that is how you learn new things and get out of your comfort zone
REGRET is a POISON… but MOVE-ON is a SOLUTION.
We all make mistakes, have struggles and even regret the things in our past. But you are not your mistakes, struggles. You are here NOW with the power to shape your FUTURE.
All of the stupid mistakes you’ve made in the past have led you to be the person that you are today. Never regret them.
You chant change what’s done. You can’t go back in time. You can’t change the hurt feelings or mend the broken hearts. All you can do is learn from your mistakes and hope you’ll never regret anything as much as you do now.
Our mistakes are our lessons. We will never regret them because they are our way of learning, and we will always gain something positive out of that.
I hate complaining. This advice is for the complainers. I’m not upset with you if you play video games all day or watch Netflix all night. I’m mad at you if you’re doing that and you’re baffled by why you’re not making more money and living your dream. If you’re happy and content, you’ve won. But if you’re complaining, it means you haven’t won yet and you should stop complaining and do something about it instead.
Look, I understand that many of you have student loans and mortgages and a rough time working two jobs while trying to spend time with your family. But, are you happy? If you are, then you’ve won because you don’t actually have anything to complain about.
When you enjoy every single effort you make to finish your job, it means that you should have passion in it. Passion itself is when you find something that will develop you to be a 'better you' and also give you an excitement when doing your job so you will complain less during the process.
