This is actually inspired by the cap wore by Jay Chou in a very old mtv that I happened to see; a simple pentagon formed by T resulting in a pentagram in the middle. So this is my twisted version after going thru the darkside of my mind.
This artwork represent my view on religion.
The center seems to be a perfect cross and its body seemingly white (pure & innocent). But despite the center cross is perfect, it is hollow meaning that it is just a concept which is based on nothing and emptiness. The white body is illogical and its solidness is based on perception and the red lines represent the history of religion lined with blood and fire.
I was actually searching for ways to design a symbol for 666, accidentally saw the flipped image and saw a familiar logo…Fact: 80% of my data plan was spent surfing 9gag…
A crest to symbolize my life dedicated to Karate.
The flower blossom when the three hearts are unified;
Zanshin, the state of awareness
Mushin, the state of no mind
Fudoshin, the state of immovable
The katanas represent the three basic weapons of karate; punches, kick & throw, in a rotating manner that we should be flexible in our ways.
Each swing of the katana shall originate from the heart.
Karma – what goes around, comes around. Sometime quick and sometime slow, sometimes it seems to be cut off and it is not going to happen but the truth is it’s complicated and cut across other karma.
