Neil Peart of Rush was the Parts Manager at an IH dealership when Rush recruited him as their drummer. He was on a farm near Hagersville, Ontario when the family moved to St Catherines. At the time Rush approached Peart he was working for his father at the IH dealership (as parts manager).
