Abingdon on Thames Baseball T-Shirt

The River Thames as it flows through the market town of Abingdon in Oxfordshire. In the background is the spire of St Helen's church which dates form the early 12th century, In 2005 it acquired a new ring of 10 bells cast by the famous Whitechapel Bell Foundry in London. Although now in Oxfordshire, Abingdon was, until 1867, the county town of Berkshire before that status was transferred to Reading. In Medieval times it was an important wool and woollen cloth producing town.
