This is from my days in a Metal Band. I’m making it available for my band mates and friends or anyone who might remember those times fondly. I’ll put up other band related stuff and some N.A.G.(Need A Guitarist) items later. Sound Asylum was active in Houston 1992 to 2000 in the Houston Underground Metal Scene. The shirt depicts the Down Town Houston being ravaged by our mascot “Skully”. The low building in the front is Francisco Studios (AKA The Maggot Colony), where we used to practice. Skully is peeling back the polished exterior of Houston to reveal the Gritty Core. We Made a lotta noise and it was fun while it lasted.
