The Hawkins Police Department is the law enforcement agency of Hawkins, Indiana which counts Jim Hopper as it's current Chief of Police. This is the authentic Hawkins Police patch design which includes a realistic vintage treatment to give it a genuine 80s look of a well worn favorite shirt.
