Huia Crewneck Sweatshirts

A vector illustration of a huia. The huia is a bird that is well known is New Zealand culture, despite being extinct for many years. Huia have long curved beaks to help them get insects and grubs from holes.

A conservation themed design to remind us that we have lost this beautiful bird species. A kokako is perched on a branch. This is a female bird as it has a long beak. A species of wattlebird that was only found in New Zealand /Aotearoa.

This beautiful bird is now extinct due to human beings. I want to share it as a reminder of precious these creatures are and that we need to look after what we still have. 50 NZ species are now on the endangered list.
