Who needs a plan?

If Blake was speaking to be improvisers, this is what he'd say. But improvisers aren't the only ones who benefit from collaboration. Why do you think so many sales people bring in improv facilitators to help them out? Maybe they should change their own mantra.

When you ask the audience for a suggestion, it would be nice not to get "egg whisk" and "Donald Trump" all the time.

A tightrope walker will deliberately wobble and shake, to show that what he is doing is difficult. Any mistakes you might make were obviously for the same reason.

Inspired by one of my favourite improv games: "New Choice"*, but it also fits for anyone considering a big change in their life, or calling for a change in the status quo. In the game, the players act out a scene whilst someone directs from offstage, shouting "New Choice" whenever they feel players should come up with something different- (or, preferably, better)

As improvisers, we only know one joke; it goes something like this... "185 ____ walk into a bar. The bartender says, 'we don't serve ____. And the _____ say, something funny." You fill in the blank, and we'll fill in the something funny. Now, can we get a suggestion...?
