Printed Fabric Crewneck Sweatshirts

This succulent design was inspired by my gardening project titled: "The Hanging Gardens from Clovelly". The name was inspired by the stories about Babylon, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. I love growing succulents and to created growing arrangements with them for around the home and decorating it today on products.

I created this image via playing with colors on an image and superimposing it on a table place mat (of all things)

Summer was produced as an acrylic hand pulled monoprint printed onto fabric instead of onto paper. The idea behind it is of leafy green things growing under a yellow sun with the red to indicate the colour of flowers in bloom and heat. This version of the print has not been digitally enhanced.
