A view over Rocky Island, Seaton Sluice in Northumberland on the North East coast of England. This image was taken on a hot August morning from the area around Collywell Bay looking north towards the whitewashed buildings on the island all under a clear blue sky.

This piece was inspired by Ellen's saying "be kind to one another." A few years ago, I sent her a letter along with this piece asking if I could have tickets to her show for my mom who is a huge fan (even bigger than me, and that's saying something!). My mom has tried since the show began to get tickets with no luck. In exchange I offered Ellen a drawing every week for a year for giveaways or to sell for charity or whatever. It's too bad I never heard anything back from the Ellen show because it would have meant the world to my mom. Anywho, I present this piece to you now. Words to live by. :)
