Soul of the Stone: Spinel. oil on canvas, 50x50cm 2014 Lilac spinel is one of my favorite minerals. When peering for a long time into these crystals I see myself as a little girl, who rapturously wonder at this world and watch the sun through the pieces of multicolored glass.

SMOKY QUARTZ. The Fabric of Being. The "Soul of Stone" series. Oil on canvas, 30x40cm. 2021 Smoky quartz pleases us with various shades: from pale, almost completely transparent, to dark, deep, and rich colors. Sometimes it looks like rose petal tea, sometimes like a thick cognac, then like a golden wine or even cocoa. For me, this is always a pure joy, warm, spiritual, and earthly. Transparent crystal, gradually filling with brown shades, gives a vector to the streams of Light and celebrates Life!
