Mt Mitchell Kids Hoodies

This image based on my photo taken from Mt Mitchell State Park is inspired by silkscreen design, campy paint by numbers, and the many national and state parks. Mt Mitchell is the highest point east of the Rocky Mountains. We go during the heat of summer- take a jacket. Snack foods, bathrooms, picnic tables, etc available. Paved trail to the top, though the trail through the woods is much more pleasant. Mount Mitchell, at 6,684 feet, is the highest peak east of the Mississippi River. Located near Asheville, North Carolina, in the Pisgah National Forest, Mt. Mitchell is a popular peak for mountain climbers.
