Inside Lincoln Cathedral Cloisters Well worth a visit inside Lincoln Cathedral to see the amazing architecture and designs of the gargoyles that seem to follow you around the interior. The cloisters have so much detail that it is hard to do them justice in a photograph. Hope I have done so though. On a trip to Prince Edward County in Ontario, I realised that it is host to some remarkable farm structures. Dotted throughout the county are these vestiges of a long tradition of farming. Some where in a sad state of repair having been neglected or abandoned, but others were still in active use. I loved this one for the tidiness of the barn in its setting surrounded by neatly mowed grass and the zigzag fence, which in turn spoke to its continued use. And then there's the magnificent blue of the sky; the whole scene seems idyllic.
