Tasman River Long Sleeve T-Shirts

Painted on Christmas Day 2021 while my friends sport climbed on the sides of Sebastopol. The access point for this painting was a VERY sketchy scree slope that almost took my leg out when the rock I was sat on took off down the hill. I find a tiny patch of shade under a push and the result is one of my favourite paintings yet!

Red Tarns is a quick steep walk from Mt Cook/Aoraki Village and to be honest... in the weather we had coming in, it was a big puddle with some red plants in it! The real gem came when I spotted a trail heading even higher over the ridge line. The view over the back to the Tasman River valley is hands down one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. This was painted at home after our trip because at the time we were being chased off the hill by a rain storm!
