Did you know that flying squirrels reflect ultraviolet light? Their underbellies reflect a bright, vibrant pink under a black light. Such a beautiful combination of blues and pinks! I was inspired to draw this piece due to this magnificent discovery. I used colored pencils, alcohol markers and micron pens.
