I put Neptune at the bottom of the ocean floating among fish and plankton. Maybe this Neptune is microscopic or luminous like a jellyfish! Who knows.

Acrylics on canvas - 102 cm x 76 cm - This one started with an ink background, one of my favourite techniques, where you create a lovely pattern with ink and plastic wrap. It is always a challenge to paint something and still retain some of the lovely background. Hope this isn't underdone.

Watercolour on Arches 300 gsm watercolour paper. I do these smaller paintings for fun and as warm up exercises. I love doing these and find it relaxing . Although the painting might look unfinished, I decided I would not work on it at the moment, and I like this clean and unfinished look.

Could not think of a clever title for this. Any suggestions appreciated. No matter. I think that is what I called it in the last show, where I sold it. This started out as a watercolor, and when that didn't work out, I added a bit of prismacolor pencils in some parts. It's about A4 size.

This King Gizzard Mug features painted-style Han Tyumi art and the lyrics "Spilt Milk over the Milky Way," from the song Murder of the Universe. (So I guess when you add milk to your coffee you can be reminded of... vomit spewing throughout the cosmos? Maybe I haven't fully thought this through, haha :). Print is on both sides of the mug. Makes a perfect gift for people who love King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, psychedelic music, band merch, and sick cyborgs. Designed by me, a fellow music lover and nerd :)

Sockeye salmon start off in freshwater lakes and rives, and eventually migrate to the ocean. As adults they then migrate in the reverse, back to the rivers and lakes to spawn!

Flying Fish is an original acrylic hand pulled mono print which was made one rainy afternoon when I was simply overcome by a bad case of the sillies. Much as I would like to confess that there was a deeper meaning or some profound concept behind its creation, alas I cannot, it was purely a bit of printmaking fun - and that is just what art should be sometimes - just a bit of fun - a bit of fun for me and hopefully a bit of fun for the viewer. Cheers (and giggles).
