After Hurricane Clarissa hit the island, all personnel were evacuated from the island and the facilities were later abandoned. However, before they left, the InGen personnel unlocked the cages so that the dinosaurs could have a better chance of surviving the storm. Within a few years, the dinosaurs took over the island and established a fully functional ecosystem.

Based upon the 1990 novel by Michael Crichton (and subsequent movies), our T Rex is a version modified by International Genetics Inc.

As mounted atop John Hammond's cane, this fossilized amber contains a perfectly preserved mosquito that once fed on the blood of prehistoric creatures. Scientists at InGen have used this blood, along with super computer genome sequencing, to recreate the dinosaurs seen in Jurassic Park and Jurassic World.

It's a...It's a dinosaur! Come and see everyone's favorite veggie-saurus, the brachiosaurus. These gentle giants are now grazing in our open grasslands enclosure at Jurassic Park. You'll be enchanted by their majesty, I guarantee it!

At Jurassic Park, not all doors are meant to be opened. Some areas are reserved strictly for authorized personnel, employees and park staff. For your own safety and enjoyment, it is best to take heed of any warning signs displayed during your visit. Rest assured, security measures at Jurassic Park are state-of-the-art. We spared no expense.
