The two greyhound dogs in this picture are my brother in laws elderly greyhounds, sadly the dogs have since passed on, but they were the best of friends. This tender painting was produced from a photo taken on a beautiful warm summers day in my in back yard of their cottage. Sandy the fawn coloured greyhound was very hot and decided to have a rest, Winnie wanted to help her to cool down by giving her a refreshing all over lick, it must have helped because Sandy fell asleep almost instantly. These great products have an original retro art image of a posing female model on them. the original painting is produced in water colour pencil. I painted this pink and purle lady from a photograph that I found in a catalogue, I decided to paint the lady in a 1970's retro style. It started as a sort of doodle and then turned into a piece of of original artwork. The image of the lady is made up from pinks, lilacs and purple shades in colour blocks, the blocks are various shapes and sizes, she has "blonde" hair flowing in all different shapes. This dog portrait is print of my original soft pastel pet portrait that I painted of him. I worked from a photograph of this amazing collie dog as he rested in the log shed with the bantam chickens. This humorous cute dog having a good old scratch on these quality products is an original watercolour painting of my one of my passed on dogs named Tod. He’s pulling a funny face as he gets rid of an annoying itch. Tod was a mixed breed dog, he was crossed with a labrador and a german shepherd dog, his mix shows in his pale tan coat and his sticky up ears. I’ve added the humorous slogan text “If it itches!” “Scratch it!” This cute itchy dog picture looks very distinctive on these cool t-shirts and other great Red bubble products.

When my akita dog was a puppy he wanted to chew everything to bits, so I made use of his conquests and created still life drawings from them.
