Aerial Photograph Mugs

An early morning photo taken from a hot air balloon, during the Bristol Balloon Fiesta, the largest event of it's kind. This shot taken in 1987 shows the iconic tobacco warehouses which dominated the skyline for years and are now long gone.

This dead tree and it's shadow was photographed from a balloon. For someone who is not too great with heights, I was hanging over the edge taking shots! This photograph has currently (1/5/16 ) been viewed 2913 times, and was *featured* in *One Tree at a Time*. #aeriallandscapes #trees

BC Place Aerial Photograph is a photo I took in flight on a Harbour Air seaplane.

While on my wandering travel adventure I've had the chance to photograph beaches, mountains, forests and so many new landscapes and locations. This was taken while exploring coastal Florida and Georgia.

High above New York City looking towards the Brooklyn Bridge. From the top of One World Trade Center, the view was breathtaking. I felt as though I was on top of the world, gazing down at the busy city below. The endless rows of towering skyscrapers, honking yellow taxis, and bustling streets all seemed so small from up here. As I looked out towards the Manhattan Bridge, I felt a sense of awe and wonder at the sheer magnitude of the city. It was as if I was seeing New York for the very first time, and I couldn't help but feel grateful to be alive and able to experience such a beautiful sight. Minuteman nuclear missile launch, 1979. Aerial view of the launch of two unarmed Minuteman nuclear missiles from launch facilities at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, USA. The missile at top was launched from Launch Facility 09 (LF-09). The one launching at bottom is from Launch Facility 08 (LF-08). LGM-30 Minuteman missiles, a type of intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), entered service in 1962. They were stationed across the USA ready for launch against the Soviet Union (USSR) during the Cold War. Photographed on 10 July 1979.

Concorde in Boston, 1975. Concorde was a supersonic passenger jet airliner developed jointly by the UK and France. Powered by turbojet engines, its top speed was over twice the speed of sound. Its first commercial flight was in 1976, and it was retired from service in 2003. A total of 20 Concordes were built, with airliner services operated by British Airways and Air France. This is Concorde F-WTSA, one of the two pre-production aircraft. It first flew on 10 January 1973 from Toulouse, France, making a total of 314 flights. It was retired on 20 May 1976. The livery on the side of the aircraft is that of British Airways. Photographed on 21 February 1975, at Logan International Airport, Boston, USA.
